Refund policy

Conditions for Unconditional Product Return

The User has the right to withdraw from a distance contract without providing any reason and return the product within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the moment of receiving it into their possession.

After this period expires, the User loses the right to demand an unconditional return of the product.

www.ebisu.ge will arrange, at its own expense, the collection of the product to be returned within:

  • 2 working days in Tbilisi;

  • 5 working days in other large and small regions;

  • 7–10 working days in high mountainous regions.


How to Request a Product Return

  • You can submit a return request in writing to www.ebisu.ge’s support team via email at contact@ebisu.ge, or by phone at +995 593 756 615.

  • To return a product, it must be accompanied by all accessories and documents provided at the time of purchase (if any): warranty card, technical passport, other accompanying documents, the undamaged box (opening the box does not count as damage), accessories, etc.

  • If the product cannot be returned due to any of the exceptions listed in this document, you will be notified by www.ebisu.ge within 48 hours of your request, and the product will be returned back to you.

  • A representative of www.ebisu.ge will contact you within 24 hours of receiving your request to discuss the return procedure.

  • If the product qualifies for unconditional return, the refund will be issued within 5 working days of receiving your notification.

  • Refunds will be made using the same payment method used by the User, unless the User explicitly agrees to a different method.


Exceptions – Products Not Eligible for Unconditional Return

The following goods are not subject to unconditional return:

  • Products that were sealed for health or hygiene reasons, if the seal has been broken after delivery.

  • Products that, due to their characteristics, have become inseparably mixed with other goods after delivery.

  • Newspapers, magazines, or other periodicals (except when supplied under a subscription agreement).

  • Tickets for sporting or cultural events, except where the contract explicitly allows their return and sets the terms and conditions.

  • Products valued at less than 10 GEL.

  • Products missing any parts or documents originally provided at purchase.

  • Products where the packaging (box, bag, seal) has been damaged by the User and cannot be restored to its original condition (opening the package does not count as damage).


Consequences of Non-Acceptance of Delivery

If, due to the User’s fault, the courier company is unable to deliver the product purchased through the www.ebisu.ge platform at the time/address indicated by the User:

  • www.ebisu.ge’s support team will make reasonable efforts to contact the User again to confirm a suitable delivery time/address.

  • If, due to the User’s fault, the delivery attempt fails again or the User cannot be contacted, www.ebisu.ge reserves the right to cancel the order after 10 (ten) days from the initial delivery attempt and refund the User’s payment within no more than 5 (five) days after cancellation.
